The Website offers office products for sale online. Any product purchased is at the user’s own risk. Users indemnify and hold MyersCNC and mcstamps harmless for any damages arising from product use.
Your personal information, including credit card details, will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except where necessary for delivery. We take reasonable precautions to secure your payment information. MyersCNC and MCStamps will never ask you for your credit card details and we make use of the PayFast system only.
Delivery Policy
MyersCNC / MCStamps are committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of your purchases. We deliver only within South Africa. Please verify your delivery area to avoid additional courier charges.
Proof of Identity for Delivery
Before goods can be delivered, proof of identity may be required for credit card purchases. For account deliveries, a valid ID or driver’s license may be requested.
Delivery Options
- Physical Address Delivery: Orders will be dispatched during business hours (08:00–17:00, weekdays). Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Collection: We do not offer collections as we are an online only store.
Procedure for Receiving Your Order
Check your order against the Delivery Note or invoice before signing. Any missing or damaged items should be noted immediately upon receipt.
Delays and Out-of-Stock Items
While we strive for accurate stock levels, if an item is out of stock or there are delays, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
Refunds Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 10 working days for a refund, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Export Restrictions
Our offerings are only available to South African clients and delivery addresses, unless special arrangements are made.
Payment Options
Payments can be made via EFT or using the PayFast system. No stamps will be made without signed proof and payment reflecting in our account. No exceptions to this will be made.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Transactions are processed securely through PayFast (Pty) Ltd, which uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption to protect your information.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale is formed when the user submits a completed order via the website.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country is South Africa, and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
MyersCNC / MCStamps are responsible for all aspects of the transaction, including the sale, customer service, and delivery of goods.
