Stock Availability
We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times. However, from time to time, certain products may sell out. Thanks to our well-stocked warehouse, most orders are fulfilled without delay.
If we are unable to supply the product you ordered, we will either:

Issue a full refund along with a discount voucher for the inconvenience, or

Offer an upgraded product at the same price (where available).
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, using trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guys and Fastway.
Please note:

Orders are only shipped once payment has been received and design approval has been confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Parcels handed to couriers on a Friday will only become active for tracking on Monday.

Major Centres (National): 2–5 working days

Tracking numbers are provided for all courier shipments.

Orders under R700.00: Flat rate of R90.00

Orders over R700.00: Free delivery

Express courier: Can be arranged by the purchaser and for the purchasers cost.
